Podcast format

Right now, if we want to have a description of a podcast in the homepage slideshow, the "subdeck" has to be populated (see http://drupal.ncfy.com/tools/podcasts/2010/07/sometimes-you-have for an example). Unfortunately, this means when you click on the link to the podcast, you get a repetitive writeup if the blurb and the subdeck are the same. Also, it says "subdeck" which we really don't think most users will understand.
Is there any way to make the subdeck and the blurb the same without being repetitive?
